No matter if you have started a workout program and fell off the wagon, haven't ever started one, or are doing one right now I am here for you!

I use to be that yo-yo Pinterest dieter! I had no clue what I was doing! My fitness journey has never been perfect. I struggle and struggle over and over again. My nutrition is not always perfect. What I focus on and what I tell my challengers to focus on is PROGRESS OVER PERFECTION!

Not only did I struggle with sticking to and finding a workout program for me, but I also struggled with depression and still do sometimes! Having a fitness routine has helped with that so much! It gives me the happy that I need every day :)

Getting into a bootcamp was the best choice I ever made. It led me to coaching! I use to be depressed, unconfident, didn't think I could do anything, and I hated the skin I was in. Once I started focusing on me everything changed! I had all the accountability and tools I needed to be successful in the bootcamp! Now I am a coach who is confident, strong, powerful, fit, and who loves the skin she is in!
